Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of RavQuote. They are written for business users of fabrication quoting software.

1. Agreement and business use

By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using RavQuote, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. RavQuote is intended primarily for businesses, fabricators, estimators, engineers and related commercial users. You must have authority to use RavQuote on behalf of any business you represent.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials, managing authorised users, and promptly notifying RavQuote of suspected unauthorised access. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for the access they grant to team members.

3. Trials, subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added where required. Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.

Launch offer: eligible subscriptions completed by 31 October 2026 receive 50% off the first two paid monthly subscription charges. Standard monthly pricing applies after those two paid months. The offer is not cash-redeemable and may not be combined with another discount unless RavQuote expressly allows it.

4. Cancellation

There is no fixed-term commitment on standard monthly plans. You may cancel before the next renewal through the available billing controls. Unless required otherwise by law, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the period already paid for. Amounts already charged are not automatically refundable merely because you stop using the service.

5. Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the business data, drawings, RFQs, purchase orders, quote information and other content you provide to RavQuote. You grant RavQuote only the rights reasonably required to host, process, transmit and display that content in order to provide, secure, support and improve the service.

RavQuote and its software, user interface, branding, documentation and platform technology remain the intellectual property of RavQuote or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of RavQuote software to customers.

6. Confidential and commercial information

RavQuote is designed to process commercially sensitive estimating information. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload customer drawings, documents and data. RavQuote will not intentionally make internal costing or margin information public through customer quote links.

7. AI-assisted and engineering features

RavQuote includes automated and AI-assisted features that can extract, classify, compare or suggest information. These features are decision-support tools, not substitutes for a qualified estimator or engineer. You must review material, thickness, geometry, machine assumptions, labour, subcontracting, tolerances, bend data, pricing, taxes and other relevant inputs before relying on a quote or manufacturing decision.

DXF analysis, cost estimators, K-factor tools, nesting indicators and similar engineering utilities can contain approximations. Production-critical geometry and manufacturing data should be verified in appropriate CAD/CAM, engineering or shop systems.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use RavQuote to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, introduce malicious code, probe or bypass security controls, scrape or overload the service, impersonate another party, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to another workspace.

9. Availability and changes

RavQuote aims to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may change as the product develops. Where a material change affects a paid service, RavQuote will take reasonable steps to communicate it.

10. Third-party services

RavQuote may rely on third-party infrastructure, payment, email, AI, storage or other service providers. Those providers may have their own terms and availability constraints. RavQuote is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

11. Liability and Australian Consumer Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RavQuote is not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, manufacturing rework, or loss caused by a user failing to review an estimate or engineering output. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, RavQuote’s liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

12. Suspension and termination

RavQuote may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect security, investigate misuse, respond to legal requirements, or address material non-payment or breach. Where practical, RavQuote will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Subject to any non-excludable rights or jurisdictional requirements, the parties submit to the courts of Victoria and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.

14. Changes to these Terms

RavQuote may update these Terms as the service changes. The current version and effective date will be displayed on this page. Where required, existing users may be asked to accept materially updated terms.

15. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through RavQuote support or the contact details provided in your RavQuote account and subscription communications.

Launch note

This draft is designed as a practical baseline for the RavQuote launch. Before public release, the operator’s legal entity/contact details and the final wording should be reviewed by an Australian lawyer familiar with SaaS and privacy law.
